| Descripción del anverso | Central field depicts a standing armed knight in full mail, facing forward, holding a sword raised in the right hand and a shield in the left; the figure is rendered in a bold, archaic relief characteristic of early 14th-century feudal coinage. The knight stands within a beaded inner circle. The surrounding legend, in uncial Gothic lettering, reads BT DI GRA PnCPS AVRA, identifying Bertrand, by the grace of God, Prince of Orange. The flan is irregular and slightly ragged at the rim, consistent with hand-hammered production of the period. |

| Descripción del reverso | Central motif consists of a plain equal-armed cross set within a raised beaded inner circle, closely following the typology of contemporary French gros tournois. An inner legend within the beaded circle reads SIGNUM CRUCIS, identifying the cross as the Sign of the Cross. The outer legend, separated by a second beaded border, reads mOnETA CIVITATIS AVRASICE, proclaiming this as the coinage of the city of Orange. The overall design is well-centred on the flan, with crisp lettering in uncial script. |
