Obverse description Quartered shield of arms enclosed within a quadrilobe, each lobe framing one of four displayed eagles rendered in Gothic style. The shield is divided by a plain cross, with an eagle occupying each quarter. The quadrilobe is set against a plain field, with the circular legend running along the outer periphery in Gothic uncial characters, separated by pellet stops.
