| Opis rewersu | Centrally placed quartered royal shield of Philip II as Duke of Brabant, surmounted by an elaborate imperial crown with arched bands. The escutcheon displays the quartered arms of Castile and Leon in the upper quarters, and the arms of Aragon and Granada in the lower quarters, rendered in bold hammered relief. The shield is set within a decorative cartouche with foliate or scroll surround. The circumferential Latin legend, partially legible around the irregular flan, identifies Philip by his royal and ducal titles. |
