Beschrijving voorzijde Stylized bust of a Sasanian-style ruler facing right, depicted in the tradition of late Sasanian royal portraiture, set within a beaded inner circle. The effigy features a prominent winged crown with a crescent finial atop, flanked by flowing ribbon-like hair locks falling to either side of the head. Small star and crescent symbols are distributed in the surrounding field. The entire design is rendered in the characteristic flat, linear hammered style of Arab-Sasanian provincial coinage, with Pahlavi inscription 'AFZWT' ('Be it increased') appearing in the field.

Beschrijving keerzijde Central fire altar depicted frontally, with a tall flame rising from the altar top, flanked by two attendant figures standing in profile facing the altar, each holding a staff or barsom bundle, in the classic Sasanian fire-altar scene. The composition is enclosed within a beaded inner circle and an outer plain border, with Pahlavi legends flanking the altar to left and right identifying the mint and date. Crescent and star symbols appear in the margins. The overall style closely follows late Sasanian drachm prototypes, rendered in hammered silver with characteristic flat relief.
