| Beschrijving voorzijde | The obverse features a portrait of Harriet Tubman, abolitionist and Union Army spy, rendered in high relief at center. The design evokes the Combahee River Raid of June 1863, in which Tubman served as the first woman to lead an armed expedition in American military history, liberating more than 700 enslaved persons. Two Civil War-era gunboats appear in the background field, referencing the raid conducted along the South Carolina waterway.
