| Descrizione del dritto | A peacock displayed in profile facing right occupies the central field, rendered in a bold, stylised manner characteristic of Georgian hammered copper coinage of the early eighteenth century. The bird's tail and plumage are depicted in a schematic fashion, filling much of the flan. Surrounding the central device, Georgian Mkhedruli letters are disposed around the periphery of the coin, reading B(a)K(a)R, a reference to the reigning king Bakar of Kartli. The legends are crudely struck, as is typical of the hammered fulus coinage of this period, and portions may be partially off-flan due to the irregular shape of the planchet. |

| Descrizione del rovescio | The reverse bears a multi-line Persian legend in the centre of the field, enclosed within a circular border, recording the denomination, mint name, and Hijri date. The inscription identifies the issuing authority and place of striking as Tiflis (Tbilisi), the capital of the Kingdom of Kartli, and gives the AH regnal year. The Arabic script is rendered in a cursive hand typical of Safavid-influenced Georgian copper coinage, with the numerals of the date clearly disposed within the legend. The overall strike is characteristic of hammered production, with some weakness and irregularity at the edges. |
