Below, a multi-line legal text in Gothic script states the note's acceptance by all public cashiers in the Siegkreis district, followed by the place and date of issue "Siegburg, 2. Aug. 1923", with the issuing authority designated as "Der Landrat i.V." and countersigned by a "Kreisdeputierter"; a manuscript signature appears above this latter title. |
