| Obverse description | Central oval vignette contains a portrait of Jacqueline Kennedy set against a fine horizontal-line underprint, enclosed within a scrollwork cartouche. Flanking the central vignette are two lobed guilloche rosettes bearing the denomination in Chinese characters 壹佰萬, with additional denomination panels repeated in the four corners. The entire design is printed in red on a cream ground with a green guilloche underprint field, bordered by an ornate lace-pattern frame. The subject's name appears in both Chinese characters and Latin script along the lower margin. |
