Memo Euros are a Dutch commemorative novelty format — souvenir items designed to mimic European banknote aesthetics without carrying any monetary value. Enschedé's involvement is not incidental: the Haarlem firm has printed official Dutch state documents since 1703, and lending that technical credibility to a zero-denomination collectible is precisely the point.
