This "Vrolijk Pasen" (Happy Easter) edition is one of hundreds of themed releases issued annually through the program, primarily sold through tourist venues and specialty retailers across the Netherlands and Belgium. The zero-euro format was first commercially launched in France in 2015 by Richard Faille.
