Oberthur's involvement here is not cosmetic; the firm holds full ECB accreditation, and these souvenirs are produced on the same equipment and with the same security features as circulating issues.
Mannerheim's selection for this Finnish edition is loaded. His career spanned the Russian Imperial Army, the Finnish Civil War of 1918, and command during both the Winter War and the Continuation War — a biography that remains politically contested in Finland to this day.
