Nausicaá in Boulogne-sur-Mer is Europe's largest aquarium, which explains why it was among the early adopters of the EuroSouvenir program when it launched in 2016. These zero-denomination notes are legal-look collectibles produced under license from the European Central Bank — they carry all the security features of genuine euro banknotes, including the Oberthur printing, because the ECB requires it.
