Oberthur Fiduciaire prints the entire Euro Souvenir catalog at its facility in Chantepie, near Rennes, applying the same security substrate and features used on genuine euro currency — a deliberate requirement of the ECB licensing agreement that prevents counterfeiting concerns from arising through the series.
