The R. Faille signature belongs to Richard Faille, commercial director of Euro Banknote Memory, the French company that holds the ECB licensing arrangement and commissions the tourist-site editions. Isla Mágica, the Seville theme park built on the former Expo '92 site on Cartuja island, has issued multiple variants across different years.
