| 正面描述 | Standard EuroSouvenir format with a large intaglio-style zero numeral at centre-left against a purple guilloche underprint. The central vignette shows the outdoor exhibition panels of the Musée Européen Schengen, each bearing a large cut-out star, set against a landscape background. The EU flag vignette appears at upper left with the year code 2023-1, and the EUROSOUVENIR logo in blue and orange occupies the lower left corner. |

| 备注 |
The Schengen Agreement was signed on 13 June 1985 aboard the riverboat MS Princesse Marie-Astrid, moored on the Moselle where Luxembourg, France, and Germany meet — a location chosen precisely because no single signatory state could claim it as their own soil. The museum commemorating that agreement now anchors the souvenir note programme. EuroSouvenir's zero-denomination format has no legal tender status anywhere, but Oberthur's inclusion of a genuine watermark places it closer to banknote production standards than most novelty issues.
