EuroSouvenir notes are a private novelty series begun around 2015, sold at tourist sites across Europe with no legal tender status anywhere. Oberthur Fiduciaire prints them to genuine banknote specification — same security paper, same intaglio feel — which regularly confuses border officials and retail cashiers despite the zero-denomination face value.
