正面描述 Laureate head of Apollo facing right, rendered in the Hellenistic tradition with finely detailed hair bound by a laurel wreath. The portrait is shown in profile with delicate facial features, a slightly parted mouth, and long locks falling behind the neck. The field is plain and unlettered, typical of civic bronze coinage from this region of Lydia.

背面描述 Frontal cult statue of Artemis Anaitis standing with both arms outstretched horizontally, depicted in the rigid, archaic xoanon style characteristic of Anatolian religious iconography. The figure is enclosed within a circular wreath border. The ethnic legend ΚΛΑΝΝΟΥΑ ΔEΩN is inscribed within the field, identifying the issuing civic authority.

附加信息

Clannudda was a dynastic or civic authority in ancient Pisidia, the rugged inland region of southern Asia Minor that resisted Hellenistic administrative control long after neighboring territories had been absorbed. These small bronze issues circulated locally within a monetarily conservative community that produced coinage sporadically and in limited volume, which is why surviving examples attributable to this issuer remain scarce in any institutional collection.

The SNG von Aulock reference places this piece within the systematic Anatolian survey compiled from the von Aulock collection in the 1960s–70s, still the primary reference for obscure Pisidian bronzes where no dedicated monograph exists.
