Zoo Plzeň has issued a series of collector notes — each denominated in a fictional unit and featuring a different animal from the collection — printed by the Czech national security printer in Prague, the same facility responsible for Czech koruna banknotes. Having the STC produce these gives them genuine security paper and watermarks, which most zoo novelty issues worldwide do not bother with. The Krajta Zelená (green tree python) entry in the series is among the more visually arresting subjects chosen, though the reptile series generally outsells the mammal notes at the zoo's own gift counter.
