Beschrijving voorzijde Violet and warm ochre underprint with guilloche elements on a light background. The central vignette presents an intaglio-style illustration of a southern three-banded armadillo (Tolypeutes matacus) in a naturalistic pose at left, alongside a second specimen curled into a ball at right, with a mountain landscape and horses rendered in the background. The large stylised lettering 'ZOO' appears vertically at the left margin alongside a Bohemian lion emblem, while the denomination '100' is printed in red at the upper right corner.

Opmerkingen

Zoo Liberec issues these collector vouchers — sometimes called "zoovouchers" — as a fundraising and awareness mechanism, with each denomination tied to a specific animal in the collection. The Pásovec Kulovitý, known in English as the Southern three-banded armadillo, is a Brazilian species capable of rolling into a near-perfect sphere, the only armadillo that can do so completely. Státní Tiskárna Cenin, the Czech state security printer responsible for official banknotes and stamps, produces the series — an unusual arrangement that gives these pieces a quality of execution well above typical zoo ephemera.
