Obverse description Central device depicts the historic Wilrijkse Kaak, a 17th-century pillory structure converted into a water pump, shown in detailed relief rising from a textured ground. The denomination legend '100 WILRICA' arcs across the upper field, flanked by dotted decorative borders. Designer's initials appear in the lower exergue.

Reverse description The central device portrays Lange Wapper, the legendary Flemish giant and trickster, depicted as a tall elongated figure wearing a feathered hat, with a small human figure perched upon his outstretched arm. The dates '1968' and '1982' appear in the field to either side of the device, marking the anniversary of the issuing body. The legend 'GEMEENTELIJKE JEUGDRAAD' curves along the lower border, with designer's initials 'MT' and 'BB' visible at the base.
