Obverse description A bride and groom kneel facing each other before a central altar bearing an open Bible surmounted by a radiant cross, their hands joined in the foreground above a flaming torch and laurel wreath in relief. The engraver's signature E. ROGAT appears at lower right. A two-line legend with biblical citation occupies the exergue below a horizontal ground line.
