PPK Županja was an agro-industrial combine operating in the Slavonian town of Županja, part of the broader Yugoslav system of socially-owned enterprises that ran their own internal economies — including subsidized worker canteens. This coupon was issued by the combine's Radnički Restoran, the workers' restaurant, and functioned as a meal voucher redeemable within that single facility. It is not a banknote or emergency currency in any monetary sense.
These scrip-type coupons were typically printed locally, in small runs, with no central oversight — which is why surviving examples are so rarely documented.
