备注

The 1952 Bulgarian state loan vouchers were instruments of compulsory borrowing — the government issued them to workers and employees as forced deductions from wages, dressed up as patriotic participation in socialist reconstruction. The 30 Leva denomination was among the more common face values in this series, which funded postwar industrialization under the early Comecon framework.

The attached coupon sheet allowed holders to claim periodic interest payments, though in practice redemption was often deferred, restructured, or quietly cancelled as state priorities shifted through the 1950s.
