The monumental arched doorway is flanked by two large figural atlantes and surmounted by a decorative keystone mask, with elaborate Baroque sculptural detailing on the pilasters. The legend appears in the upper field above the portal, and the lower portion of the reverse is left plain as an engraving tablet.
