Reverse description A rampant griffin passant to the left occupies the central field, rendered in the bold, stylized manner characteristic of Pomeranian civic coinage of the late 15th to early 16th century. The figure is surrounded by an arrangement of small stars and annulets scattered throughout the field, serving as decorative fillers. The coin's irregular flan and characteristic hammered fabric are evident in the uneven contour of the edge. No reverse legend is present, the heraldic griffin serving as the sole identifying device. A beaded inner border frames the design.
