Beschrijving voorzijde	The oval field depicts a flock of birds in flight rendered in relief against a textured background, evoking the migratory bird activity associated with the Ventės Ragas ornithological station. The design is bordered by a decorative beaded rim. A bilingual legend in Lithuanian and English curves along the upper and lower periphery.
