Descrizione del dritto	Central field bears the hammered Arabic inscription of the sultan's tughra-style name legend arranged in multiple registers across the flan. The text reads 'Sultan Suleiman bin Sultan Selim' in flowing thuluth script, with strokes radiating across the irregular planchet. The lettering is deeply struck, with characteristic Ottoman calligraphic style filling the entire obverse field without a formal border.

Descrizione del rovescio	The reverse bears a multi-line Arabic hammered inscription occupying the full field, recording the mint name and AH date. The legend reads 'May he be victorious, struck in Sana'a, 926', arranged in stacked horizontal registers in thuluth script. A dotted border is partially visible around the periphery of the irregular flan. The strike is characteristically off-center, consistent with early sixteenth-century Ottoman provincial hammered coinage from Yemen.
