| Obverse description | Stylized bust of a ruler depicted in three-quarter right-facing profile, with sharply rendered hair rendered in a characteristic Central Asian manner. The effigy, though crude in execution due to the hammered technique and local artistic tradition, conveys a frontal or near-frontal royal presence typical of Sogdian coinage of the early medieval period. The flan is irregular and the surfaces heavily worn, obscuring finer detail in the field. No legible inscription is visible on this side. |

| Reverse description | Central device consists of a cup- or goblet-shaped tamgha with a circular base element, a dynastic or civic symbol of uncertain regional attribution common among Sogdian autonomous issues of the 7th–9th centuries. The tamgha occupies the central field and is surrounded by a Sogdian marginal legend, partially legible, encircling the design. The coin's irregular flan and heavy corrosion limit full reading of both the symbol and the surrounding inscription. The overall style is consistent with locally produced Sogdian bronze coinage of the early Islamic period. |
