Beschrijving voorzijde	Bare or helmet-clad male bust facing left, rendered in a bold, somewhat crude local style characteristic of Mauretanian civic coinage. The head is covered with a distinctive tall, elaborately textured cap or headdress with a scale-like or beaded surface pattern, possibly representing a divine or royal figure associated with the city of Lixus. The portrait is set within a dotted border (grenetis) running along the coin's irregular flan edge. The facial features are strongly modeled with a prominent nose and chin. No inscription appears in the field.
