Reverse description Armored horseman advancing to the right at full gallop, holding a lance or spear couched horizontally in the attack position. The rider wears a crested helmet and a military cloak, rendered in the characteristic Iberian jinete style common to the bronze coinage of the Hispano-Roman mints of the late Republican period. Beneath the horse, in the lower field, the mint legend appears in Iberian Levantine script. The composition fills the flan dynamically, with the horse's legs shown in full stride.
