附加信息	The Cessetani occupied the coastal territory around modern Tarragona — Kese in ancient sources — and were among the Iberian peoples who adopted the practice of civic bronze coinage under Roman provincial influence during the second century BC. Their issues circulated within a regional economy increasingly drawn into Rome's orbit following the conclusion of the Second Punic War, when Roman administrative presence in Hispania Citerior became permanent. ACIP 1179 falls within a well-documented Cessetanian series, catalogued in Leandre Villaronga's foundational CNH corpus.
