Obverse description Bare male head facing right, rendered in the Ibero-Punic artistic tradition with prominent wavy hair arranged in thick, textured locks falling to the nape of the neck. The facial features are boldly modeled with a strong jaw and defined brow. A rudder symbol appears to the left of the effigy in the field, serving as a civic emblem associated with the coastal city of Baitolo. No legend is present on the obverse. The flan is irregularly shaped, consistent with hand-struck provincial coinage of the late 2nd century BC.
