| Beschrijving keerzijde | Armored horseman galloping vigorously to the right, wearing a crested helmet and leveling a long spear forward in an aggressive martial posture. The horse is depicted with energetic, outstretched legs conveying speed. An Iberian legend in Celtiberian script appears in the exergue beneath the horse, reading the mint name of the issuing city. The composition is characteristic of the Celtiberian jinete (horseman) type common to the Hispanian bronze coinage of the period. |
