Obverse description Bare or lightly wreathed male head in right profile, rendered in a provincial Ibero-Roman style characteristic of the late Republican period. The facial features are boldly modelled with prominent nose and chin, the hair rendered in short locks swept back from the forehead. The bust is truncated at the shoulder and occupies the majority of the flan, with the field left largely plain. Traces of a legend or decorative border elements may be present along the periphery, though substantially worn.
