A novelty item produced around the 2016 U.S. presidential election cycle, almost certainly printed by a small commercial print shop rather than any entity with banking authority. The "U.S. Recovery Bank" has no regulatory existence — the name is purely invented, a common tactic in the souvenir currency trade to lend a superficial air of officialdom. These pieces carry no legal tender status and were never intended to.

Collectible primarily as political ephemera. Value, such as it is, tracks nostalgia rather than numismatic merit.
