Obverse description Draped and crowned bust of King Sigismund I the Old facing right, wearing an ornate arched crown adorned with floral and foliate elements, with a bearded portrait rendered in a Renaissance style characteristic of the Gdańsk mint. The effigy occupies the central field, truncated at the shoulder. A continuous Latin legend surrounds the bust along the coin's periphery, separated by cross stops.
