| Obverse description | Crowned bust of Sigismund III Vasa facing right, wearing armour with a ruff collar, the king depicted in a somewhat crude hammered style characteristic of minor Polish mints of the period. The royal crown is prominently rendered above the effigy. A circular Latin legend runs around the periphery of the field, partially visible due to the irregular flan. |

| Reverse description | Central field displays the numeral III above a crowned shield bearing the arms of the Polish–Lithuanian Commonwealth, flanked on either side by the spread wings of the Polish eagle. Below the shield, a smaller escutcheon serves as the mint mark. The denomination legend is inscribed in three horizontal lines across the field, with the date split either side of the central escutcheon. The coin border shows a beaded inner circle. |
