Obverse description Ram's head in right profile, rendered in bold archaic relief, with clearly delineated fleece texturing along the neck and jaw. A dolphin swims to the right beneath the ram's neck truncation, its body curving gracefully within the confined flan. The design is characteristically compact and stylized, consistent with the early Classical coinage of the Phokian region.
