背面描述	The ethnic abbreviation ΣΤΡ for Stratos is displayed prominently within a concave incuse circle, the central tau (Τ) rendered at double the normal height to serve simultaneously as the letter and as a mark of value denoting the trihemiobol denomination. The sigma (Σ) appears to the left and the rho (Ρ) to the right of the enlarged tau, all three letters boldly incised in archaic Greek script. The concave circle border, characteristic of early Akarnanian coinage, frames the design within the roughly circular flan.
