| Obverse description | Helmeted draped bust of Athena facing right, wearing a Corinthian helmet pushed back on the head, rendered in fine archaic Hellenistic style. The facial features are delicately engraved, with a prominent nose and well-defined chin. The flan is irregular and slightly off-center, as typical of hammered small silver coinage of Caria. |
