Obverse description Bare head of Zeus facing right, rendered in archaic Greek style with short, tightly curled hair and a small horn at the temple, characteristic of the syncretic Pan-Zeus type associated with Megalopolis. The portrait is boldly modeled in high relief against a plain, unadorned field. The flan is irregular and somewhat roughly finished, typical of early Arcadian League bronze coinage. No legend or inscription appears on the obverse.

Reverse description Large interlaced monogram of AP (Alpha-Rho), the abbreviation for ARKADIKON, prominently occupying the central field. Below the monogram, a syrinx (pan-pipes) is depicted, serving as a symbol of the god Pan and the Arcadian cultural identity. A small star or pellet appears in the upper left field. The design is boldly incuse and deeply struck, with the monogram and symbol rendered in a plain, undecorated style characteristic of Arcadian League bronze issues.
