Obverse description Draped bust of a female deity facing right, her hair elaborately bound in a sphendone headdress, rendered in fine archaic-to-early Classical Sicilian style. The facial features are delicately modeled, with a prominent eye and softly defined chin. The hair falls in loose locks beneath the sphendone, framing the face. The portrait occupies the full field of the flan, with no visible legend or border.
