Obverse description Right-facing bust of Emperor Honorius, pearl-diademed, draped, and cuirassed, rendered in the late antique style characteristic of Ravenna mint coinage. The effigy displays finely engraved striated hair adorned with a row of pearls forming the diadem, with a paludamentum fastened at the right shoulder. The cuirass is visible at the lower truncation, ornamented with decorative bosses. The encircling Latin obverse legend reads D N HONORIVS P F AVG, set between two concentric bead borders, of which the outer forms the coin's rim.
