| Descrizione del dritto | The crowned Portuguese royal arms shield occupies the central field, displaying the traditional quintas arrangement of five escutcheons charged with bezants, bordered by the castle-bearing bordure. The mint letters L and B flank the shield to the left and right respectively. A circular legend in Latin runs along the outer border within a beaded inner ring, partially legible due to the irregular flan characteristic of hammered coinage. The overall style is typical of Iberian Renaissance hammered silver, with bold relief on the shield and crown. |

| Descrizione del rovescio | The Christus Cross (Cruz de Cristo), the distinctive cross of the Order of Christ, occupies the central field in high relief, surmounted by a small crown at the apex. Four clusters of pellets or berry-like ornaments are placed in each angle formed by the arms of the cross, set within a beaded inner circle. The surrounding legend in Latin encircles the design along the outer border. The flan is irregular and slightly ragged at the edges, consistent with hammered silver production of the period. |
