Obverse description The obverse features the emblem of the Russian Black Sea Fleet at center — a double-headed eagle surmounting a shield with an anchor device, surrounded by a laurel wreath — set against a radiating sunburst field. In the lower portion, a modern warship appears to the left and a historical sailing vessel to the right, with two crossed St. Andrew's flags (the naval ensign of Russia) prominently displayed in the lower field. The curved legend ЧЕРНОМОРСКИЙ ФЛОТ runs along the upper rim.

Reverse description The reverse displays the Russian double-headed eagle in high relief at the upper center against a radiating sunburst field. Below, two coats of arms are depicted side by side: the arms of Sevastopol on the left and the arms of the Republic of Crimea on the right. The curved legend ВОССОЕДИНЕНИЕ КРЫМА И СЕВАСТОПОЛЯ С РОССИЕЙ runs along the rim, and the mintmark ММД along with the fineness mark Ag 925 appear in the lower exergue.
