Reverse description Central field bears the Presidential Seal of the United States in relief: an American eagle with a shield of vertical stripes on its breast, holding an olive branch in its right talon and a bundle of thirteen arrows in its left, with a scroll reading 'E PLURIBUS UNUM' in its beak and a glory of clouds and stars above. The seal is surrounded by a ring of stars. A small circular mintmark appears at the bottom of the field.
