Beschrijving voorzijde	The obverse depicts in relief the inauguration scene of President Joseph Ejercito Estrada taking his oath of office before a robed official, flanked by attendants holding a Bible, set against the facade of Barasoain Church in Malolos, Bulacan. A circular legend surrounds the scene in the field, with additional inscriptions in the lower exergue area including the location and date.
