Beschrijving keerzijde	The reverse features three overlapping circular devices in a trefoil arrangement, each depicting a different South African five cent coin: at top, the 1961 issue showing a Protea flower with the legend SOUTH AFRICA 1961 SUID-AFRIKA and denomination 5C; at lower left, the 1965–1989 Blue Crane type with denomination R 5C; and at lower right, the 1990–2011 Blue Crane type with denomination 5C. The surrounding field is decorated with Celtic-style knotwork, with the arc legend COMMEMORATION OF THE FIVE CENT COIN above and the date range 1961–2011 with engraver's initials MJS below.
