Opis awersu	The obverse features a relief map of Falcón state with numerous place names inscribed across the field, bordered by a dotted rim with FALCON as the legend at top. A sailing ship appears in the sea to the left, a compass rose to the lower right, and two crossed banners below the map bearing the motto DIOS Y FEDERACION and the date 20 DE FEBRERO 1859, with a mountain device in the exergue.

Opis rewersu	The reverse features a central medallion with a left-facing portrait bust of Simón Bolívar in uniform, encircled by his name SIMON BOLIVAR and a ring of stars. Surrounding this is a radiate design with the names of all Venezuelan states arranged in segments, enclosed within a decorative border. The arc legend ESTADOS DE VENEZUELA appears at top, with BRONCE at the left.
