Obverse description The crowned coat of arms of the Province of Namur, featuring a rampant lion on a shield, flanked by two laurel branches tied at the base. The circular legend reads SIGL. PROVINC. NAMVRC. and the exergue in two lines bears the date VII . IANVAR . MDCCXC (7 January 1790). The token has a milled border.
